IT'S THE END...

THE END... of another year that is...

Another year, another blog entry. I know I haven't been updating my blog diligently and it is one of my resolutions to increase that frequency.

Here's how my New Year's Eve went:

0600 - Woke up
0601 - Almost fall to death while climbing off loft bed thanks to Perseus.
0630 - Leave home for work.
0645 - Board the bus.
0745 - Get off the bus.
0750 - Bought my breakfast (Teh-C and a Red Bean Pancake)
0800 - Eating my breakfast in the pantry while listening to colleagues bitch.
0830 - Start work with much enthusiasm (My 2nd day of bench work. Yeah... I'm in a lab)
0831 - Got asked to scan a (bulging) folder of forms.
0832 - Banished to the admin section of the lab.
0833 - Start scanning over 1000 forms PIECE BY PIECE.
1200 - Fighting to keep eyes open. Only done with 2/3 of the file.
1300 - Got bugged by Sarah and Fidah to "Go Home Julz!"
1301 - Walked past Order Entry. Saw Malcolm, Far and Rose struggling with big pile of requests.
1302 - Helped Malcolm clear his big pile of lab requests.
1310 - Left the lab. Told my collegues "See you next year!"
1311 - Thought of grabbing some lunch at IKEA.
1315 - Made it as far as the bus stop. Weather too hot. Boarded bus. (Air-Con)
1316 - Realised Air Conditioning on bus not working well.
1430 - Reached my stop (finally). Got off "Air-Con" bus. Walked home.
1440 - Reached home. Wrestled bag of partially chewed dog food from Duncan.
1450 - Cold Shower... *Ahhhhhhhhh...... Bliss!*
1500 - Sat in-front of computer. Played PSP instead.
1655 - Left the house to meet Weng, Kimmie and Mrs Fong at Coffee Club Siglap.
1825 - Went to Katong Shopping Shopping Centre for dessert.
1840 - Found dessert shop closed... Hung out at Mrs Fong's office with Mr Fong.
1920 - Left with Kimmie and Weng for Balestier.
2005 - Bought tickets for AVP2 at 2045.
2225 - Went to Balestier Market for dinner. AVP2 was a blast!
2235 - Had cockles and Satay Bee Hoon + Coconut drink.
2300 - Walked past ARVC. Saw Mei on duty. Decided to keep her company for countdown.
2345 - Watched countdown on TV.
2346 - Bitched about how crappy the program was.
2347 - Complained about how crappy the performers were.
2348 - Commented that Gurmit Singh is getting to be an eyesore on TV. (Overexposure)
2359 - Started counting down... Mei had call from someone whose dog was choking.
0002 - Mei missed the countdown due to choking dog owner's call.
0003 - Apparently dog was choking on a bedsheet (?) since 7pm (???).
0015 - Said bye to Mei. Walked back to Shaw Plaza to collect car.
0045 - Reached home via CTE-PIE-KPE-ECP. Traffic was quite smooth.
0105 - Decided to write a blog entry before Alisa and Chris kills me electronically.
0138 - Typing this line. Going to sleep before I fall asleep on the keyboard.
